Every night we have plenty program to do and to follow. Some people install their television in their bedroom so that they can watch television programs until they sleep. But I feel not to do so. It is because every movie mostly taking about one and half hour to two hours. When you start watching a movie you definitely want to finish it because you want to know and feel it’s ending of the story. So sometime it took up to 1 or 2 am in the morning to finish it. So early in the morning you have to wake up already. All together how many hours have you taken for better sleep?
At night normally I don’t want to do any job or program related to my daily work. I spent my time watching television program up to 12 midnight and go to bed already. I really hope tomorrow morning I can wake up with fresh and good feeling.
For your information, if you don’t have a good sleep for quite a long time or as a habit already, it can cause you to have diabetes. It is because during sleeping our body change all glucose to become a fat and store below your epidermis. But if don’t have enough sleep means that most of your glucose still in your vein and keep increase.
Another thing all of your work has to finish on the same day. Do not bring back any job to your house because it may interrupt your time at night.
